Currently the mainstream of antioxidant 4020 productive process, is used for p-aminodiphenylamine aniline and methyl isobutyl ketone as raw materials, in the 5-16MPa pressure, the use of copper catalyst for hydrogenation reaction, after treatment process obtained the antioxidant 4020. Although this process using continuous, convenient operation, low price and easy catalyst poisoning, the product quality is a bit poor and low yield. In addition, the antioxidant 4020 will bring the trace of the catalyst powder, which will influence the quality of rubber when applied to rubber production. While the foreign mostly use Pt and other precious metals as catalyst, its quality and yield are better than domestic, through the sales price to make up for the shortcomings of high cost of catalyst. At present, many domestic antioxidant 4020 manufacturers in the noble metal catalysts, but have not yet completed industrialized device, which is the synthesis of antioxidant 4020 main research direction.The purpose of this paper is to through the test, test developed by Pt for the reductive amination catalyst prepared by 4020 processes, through the whole process of process control, parameter optimization, providing design basis for industrial design. In conclusion, the process can be performed smoothly at 110-120℃in three hours with the 1:3 molecular ratio of RT and MIBK.
