| At present, China's coal mines have complex geological conditions, bad working environment, dozens of kilometers'tunnel, scattered operating locations, narrow roadway and face space, and there are the hidden trouble of the coal mine safety accidents and loopholes. Then, these lead to that staff in the underground is very difficult to know their own location, and the surrounding environment and facilities. Therefore, there are great potential causes of accidents.A design and implementation of ground monitoring and management platform in coal mine safe production system is introduced in this paper, based on the environmental characteristics of coal mine and the digital mine integrated WLAN. The paper also has the realization of communication system and Geographic Information System basing on Sql Server2005database and plug of MapX, and provides a solution for the production and security management of coal mine.At first, introduce of the current development of coal mine communication system and geographic information system that at home and abroad have been expatiated in the paper. So the theory supports for the design and development of these systems are provided. Secondly, the paper designs the network topology and logical structure of communication system, and make a comprehensive analysis of the system modules, system technologies and client software. Then, the coal mine communication system is designed and realized in the paper. Through the comparison of geographic information system development method, The paper adopt second development way to develop geographic information system.The paper designs and achieves the GIS module on plug MapX using C#language. And the paper also designs the goals, logical structure and data organization structure of the geographic information system, and focuses on the development of mine electronic map and various functional modules. Finally, the paper introduce the database, focuses on its logical structure and management of database, then the paper develop database access interface classes to select and update the database and initialize the database including the limits of authority,the storage of mine personal information and environment parameters. |
