As a kind of industrial sewing equipment,electronic design-sewing machine is the product of the sewing industry developing to the current stage, at the same time, it is the progress of The Times. With the development of science and technology and continuous improvements of demand,we change the traditional control system present situation based on single chip computer or PC,but to apply the embedded system technology to sewing industry,that is to combine the traditional mechanical-sewing technology and modern information technology,so,it is not only to embody the advantage of embedded technology of high level integration,but also to realize the purpose of system miniaturization,low cost and high efficiency control and so on.In this paper,we focus on the build of embedded development platform of the electronic design-sewing machine based on the core of ARM + Linux,flower pattern processing technology based on the zoom and rotating and the conversion technology of the flowers pattern speed and so on, specific as follows:(1) On the analysis of the working principle of electronic design-sewing machine,we give the software and hardware control structure of electronic design-sewing machine based on embedded technology and simplely introduce the characteristics and functions among them.(2) Under the premise of the analysis of the embedded software hierarchical structure,we transplant the system based on the core of the embedded Linux in S3C2410 processor platform,for example, Bootloader and embedded Linux transplantation, root-file system production and the establishment of the GUI of the embedded Linux system and so on.(3) Research the flowers-pattren processing technology of zoom and rotating,and under the premise of knowing the work principle and pointing out their inadequate, through the analysis of the their producing causes,we put forward the zoom and rotating technology based on the absolute coordinates,which reduces the system mechanical error, almost prevents accumulation error and makes the error limited in theĀ±0.05 mm,and the method makes good results in the actual application.(4) Tell the control role of embroider box motor and spindle motor in the electronic design-sewing machine,and after the analysis of two classic conventional algorithm, according to the needs of the system,we put forward the new flowers-pattern speed coordination algorithm,which not only fusion two conventional classical algorithm together,but also designe the new ideas, that is first to give all the speeds of spindle motor,and then to analyze the frequency of embroider box motor, etc.All in all, through to researching these questions, electronic design-sewing machine system has achieved good effects in the actual operation.
