The project is dedicated to the study of a test device, used to simulate the impact and extrusion process conditions of propellant bed while it is propelling. To study the factors affecting the bore pressure of the launch device and the speed of the propellant charge cartridge. Interior ballistic choose means of the high and low pressure launching. According to the first law of variable mass system thermodynamics, established the dynamic model of single launch and reciprocating movements. Using MATLAB and VB to solute the dynamic models. According to different ballistic period, that is, before the holes of high and low voltage room are broken through, after the hole broken through till the gunpowder burn away, after the gunpowder burn away till the propellant charge cartridge fly away from the bore, pressure in the high and low powder chambers, gunpowder combustion state, gas flow state and speed of propellant charge cartridge are analysed in detail. On the basis of analysis, using numerical simulation, Calculated and analysed the the change rule while changing charge mass, charge form factor, holes broken through conditions and vent area, the bore pressure curve and propellant charge cartridge's speed curve. According Calculation and analysis of propellant charge cartridge makes reciprocating motion, acquire the speed of the propellant charge cartridge while flying into out of the bore, determined the initial value for each ignition, and got high chamber pressure and bore pressure of every time.Through combination method of numerical simulation, completed part of the early work of how to accurately obtain extrusion and fractured state process of propellant charge bed under the condition of lunching, the results of the study provide certain reference for further study.
