The development of modern high performance weapon has been seriously restrained duo to its launch safety problem, which has become the world problem and greatly attended by ballistician at home and abroad. Extrusion and fracture of propellant charge was the factor in the newly outcome. In this paper, the control of pressure and test operations procedure of extrusion and fracture device have been studied, semi-closed bomb controlling equations of extrusion and fracture device of propellant charge has been established. Simulation under different loading condition of semi-closed bomb have been done, the results show that the pressure law in semi-closed bomb can be change by adjusting the loading parameters. The extrusion and fracture of propellant charge has been done in order to validate controlling equations. The result show that the pressure in the semi-closed bomb is consistent with the experiment, which provied technology method for studing launching safety of propellant charge.
