RBI evaluation method to analysis failure probability and failure consequence of a multilayer urea reactor is introduced in the thesis. A multilayer urea reactor failure probability analysis is taken to deep analysis main failure cause and failure mode. Factors caused a multilayer urea reactor failure are sorted out based on previous accident cases and failure probability is analyzed, and failure probability factors set is defined including design and material, manufacture and installation, operating conditions, maintenance history and administration levels. Failure probability level is graded and qualitative analysis for failure probability is conducted according to combining previous accident cases. A multilayer urea reactor failure consequence analysis is taken referring to API 581 risk evaluation method. Failure consequence factors set including casualties, economic loss, environmental impact and other effective factors is defined. Failure consequence is graded according to national relevant policies, other related materials and accident experiences. A multilayer urea reactor failure probability and failure consequence grade are identified by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A multilayer urea reactor risk grade is identified with the help of risk matrix, then an example is provided to demonstrate RBI application method and multilayer urea reactor risk reduction measures are given in the end. There is any research on multilayer urea reactor RBI analytical method at home and research in the thesis has some reference value for multilayer urea reactors and other single-layer or multilayer equipment.
