With the years of development of High-speed railway in China,most large and medium-sized cities in China established a high-speed railway station,with an opening of high speed railway,set up in Lanzhou west railway station in Lanzhou city as the high-speed railway station.High-speed railway station in the design and construction,passenger transportation organization,passenger services are relatively common railway station has advantages,but security risks associated with the problem is that much more prominent.Therefore,the research of high speed railway safety risk problem of large passenger depot,to ensure the security of the station operation,improve the quality of service has very important significance.In reference on the basis of predecessors' research results,this paper aimed at the characteristics of large passenger high-speed railway,the combination of risk management theory,the safety of the high-speed railway large bus main risk management issues in the following aspects of research:(1)using the knowledge of the hazards identification,build the hazards identification model of high-speed railway large passenger depot,the high-speed main security risks of fire,crowded stampede,explosion,a large number of passengers,compiling the fault tree of four kinds of accident,quantitative analysis of the relationship between various factors in the direction of the accident.(2)the combination of risk coupling elements,choose suitable for the risk of large passenger high-speed railway coupling model,establish the hierarchical structure model of network analysis,combined with the fire accident to Lanzhou west passenger station as an example,to verify the practicability of the hierarchical structure model of network analysis.(3)the establishment of a large passenger high-speed railway risk assessment index system,to quantify the evaluation indexes,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the index weight using the entropy weight method after modification,and then establish a risk assessment model,risk level assessment of large passenger high-speed railway safety.(4)the combination evaluation model was constructed to Lanzhou west passenger station as an example,the fire,crowded stampede,explosion,a large number of passengers to evaluate risk rating,and according to determine the risk level,formulate the corresponding risk control measures and cost control measures,thus ensuring the sound operation of the Lanzhou west railway station,service the development of local economy.
