As the daily consumer goods, the shoes can protect our foot fromhurt in the foot-shoes-environment. Cotton, animal fur, warm materialsare good type for making shoes lining, these material are used toprevent frostbite. First cowhide shoes with cotton lining can protect ourfoot from external injury. The hygiene performance of cowhide shoeswith cotton lining concern directly about our foot healthy. Finally,delicate shoes can bring us visual enjoyment. Cotton-padded shoes andleather shoes with cotton lining are quite common in our life. Epicallythe good water-vapor absorption wins consumer's high favor.High top shoes are quite common in the market, and the mainfunction of these kings of shoes maintains warmth. It can reduce thethermal loss in greatest degree. However people wearing cowhide shoeswith cotton lining do a great deal of exercise, sweat appears in shoes gowith natural perspiration of the foot and the movement. Especially inthe winter, lots of sweat accumulates in the shoes chamber when peoplewear shoes for a long time. If a part of sweat didn't spread into theexternal environment through the space of footwear, large stockpile ofsweat would make shoes chamber environment too wet and low comfort.Fungi lead to foot diseases and low comfort. High performance shoesmaterials could absorb foot sweat, and keep clear of low comfort andfoot disease. So cowhide shoes with cotton lining are closely linkedwith heath. The water-vapor absorption is important physical indicatorsto measure footwear health and evaluate footwear heat and moisturecomfort. Research of the water-vapor absorption of shoes, it couldguide our production, and provide us for better footwear.The main content of the article is to study are as flows: (1) Testing the water-vapor absorption of single-layer andcompound materials, explores the influence of fiber length on thewater-vapor absorption.(2) Testers wearing cowhide shoes with cotton lining takeexercises under2.1km/h,3.1km/h,4.1km/h rate, and we analyze theresult of the water-vapor absorption for leather shoe with cotton lining,(3) Testing change in water-vapor absorption of drier, analyze thechange of the shoes cavity humidity.(4) Using multi-factor analysis of variance analyze the factors ofinfluence into the shoes water-vapor absorption. The article discussesthe trend of water-vapor absorption changing.(5) Considering different quality of drier have a great influence tohumidity of balancing time; Establish the comprehensive evaluationstyle of the cowhide shoes with cotton lining' balance of humidity.The results show that:(1) The water-vapor absorption rate of cowhide shoes with cottonlining relate to lining, however to chose uppers materials will alsoaffect shoes water-vapor absorption rate;(2) The length of the fiber related to water-vapor absorption oflining, however the length of the fiber is out of proportion towater-vapor absorption of lining.(3) Water-vapor absorption of sample3> water-vapor absorption of sample1>water-vapor absorption of sample1."Race" and "race*sweating" have paltry influence on the water-vapor adsorptionof shoes,"sweating" has influence on the water-vapor adsorptionof shoes,"Sample" has paltry influence on shoes water-vapor adsorption.(4) We obtain the regression equation of the shoes' of humidity bythe way of statistical analysis.
