This thesis studies the use of the status quo of the Chinese Zodiac graphics in modern design through market research. The thesis first Analyzes the origin of the Chinese Zodiac and Zodiac graphics to show the various disciplines of the arts, with emphasis on the Zodiac folk patterns in the modern home textile design and research. In the textile arena, it constantly focuses on the innovative design of Chinese Zodiac folk patterns. The design applies China's oldest textile fabric as a carrier, employing the most traditional Chinese cultural essence of the Zodiac folk patterns as a design notation, and using performance practices of the traditional folk arts and crafts fabric sticker technology integrating them to create a home textiles with a typical Chinese cultural characteristics, to meet the aesthetic tastes of the consumers in this era, to promote China's home textile design career to a broader world.
