According to the job plan, production scheduling combines real production process and recent production capacity to optimize the production plan and to control materials and energy to coordinate the delivery among the machines so that it can make the production balanced and concerted on all the machines and production phases effectively connected and tightly linked up. With the deepening of informationization in the iron and steel industry, these enterprises really need the realistic planning and scheduling system to support for production decisions.Based on online scheduling and rescheduling of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production, the main points of this paper are as follows:(1) Introduce the basic knowledge of dynamic scheduling. Analysis status of dynamic scheduling in the steel enterprises, and important position and significance of rescheduling in the field of dynamic scheduling.(2)Based on the production characteristics of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting, the problem of dynamic scheduling is analyzed. The constraints of production scheduling and the strategy of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting are studied. The task of dynamic scheduling is brought forward for continuous production, monitoring production process based on schedules and production data, rescheduling in time when disturbances occur, and transmitting new production instruction.(3) The design and implementation for the dynamic scheduling model.(4) The system designs the Gantt chart, ensuring the feasibility of human-computer interaction to achieve dynamic scheduling manually.(5) Based on the Gantt Chart, the system uses the TCP/IP communication protocol for the realization of the monitoring.
