Steelmakng-refining-continuous casting is an important link in the steel production process,in the actual production of steel enterprises,the molten steel of multiple furnaces need to be smelted by EAF,refining equipment,continuous casting machine and others production links,this involves the coordinated of multiple furnaces in EAF,refining equipment and continuous casting machine,and ensure the continuous casting of the molten steel on the continuous casting machine and the continuous production of each furnace on the corresponding production equipment and the reduction of the overstock of the molten steel.To sum up,the production cost should be reduced as much as possible on the premise of ensuring the quality of products in the process of multi furnaces steelmaking,refining and continous casting production.Based on this,the comprehensive optimization of steelmaking,refining and continuous casting is carried out.At first,this thesis introduces the steelmaking-refining-continuous casting scheduling process flow.Then,according to the production capacity of EAF,refining equipment and continuous casting machine,the maching degree of three kinds of equipment under different production capation is analyzed,and based on the production capacity of each production equipment,a steelmaking-refining-continuous casting scheduling model is established of multiple furnaces,which takes the excess energy consumption of each fuenace as the performance index.For the optimization algorithm of static scheduling model,this thesis uses the heuristic rules of FCFS and reverse chronological order to deal with the constraints in the static scheduling,and the genetic algorithm is taken as the main body to solve the scheduling model.Because of the defect of local search of genetic algorithm,this thesis combines genetic algorithm with the idea of simulated annealing to solve the model iteratively.Finally,the scheduling scheme of the static scheduling model with production constraints can be obtained by simulation,and the stability of the scheduling model algorithm is verified by many times simulation.Due to the furnace in the actual production process may produce a variety of production disturbance,therefore,based on the static model,the dynamic scheduling model of steelmaking-refining-continous casting based on EAF disturbance is established.The purpose of establishing dynamic scheduling model is to generate a new scheduling scheme in real time when the EAF cycle is extended,and the new scheduling scheme needs to ensure that production can proceed smoothly.For the solution of dynamic scheduling model,due to the production of dynamic disturbance has been carried out,the dynamic model requires real-time and stability of the algorithm.In this thesis,the heuristic rules of time order are used to deal with the constraints in the model,and the genetic algorithm is used to search the model iteratively.Through the simulation of the dynamic scheduling model,we can get the scheduling adjustment scheme after the furnace disturbance occurs,and then verify the real-time and stability of the dynamic scheduling model algorithm through several simulations.
