The analysis and research of the inspection technology for the main pressure elements of alkali recovery boiler were stated according to the real inspection. These inspection methods include avoiding water cooled wall cracked resulting to the explosion of cushion, the corrosion of the superheater pipe, the Mid-infrared imagery, the welding multiple-unit tube and so on.And then the operation, the fuel and the burning of alkali recovery boiler were introduced and studied. The thermal equilibrium system of the alkali recovery boiler was created. The testing item and method of the thermal performance of alkali recovery boiler were determined.At last, the technological process of alkali recovery in paper industry was analyzed and researched. The important index of the alkali recovery system and the test method of alkali recovery rate were set. The research on the inspection technology of alkali recovery boiler ensures its safe running and perfects the special equipment inspection technology. The thermal performance test specification of the alkali recovery boiler and the alkali recovery method fill in the blank of energy conservation and emission reduction, which is significant greatly for the running and operation of the alkali recovery boiler.
