Nowadays, with the rapid development of society, people's living standard continues to improve. Leisure consumption becomes an integral part of people's lives, and it has become a culture gradually. Leisure consumer culture is the symbol of people's lives, values and quality, it affects the prevalence of casual and leads the casual design to the comfortable, natural, environmental health, personality and other diversified fashion direction.This paper focuses on casual wear and casual wear product design, and they were studied based on leisure consumer culture. In this psper, it explores people's leisure lifestyle and consumption concept under the leisure consumer culture and the impact of leisure consumption activities scenarios to casual and its design. This paper also pointed out the casual wear's characteristics of the times under the guidance of leisure consumer culture. And based on leisure consumer culture, with the psychological needs of consumers as starting, it makes a summative analysis of the casual design's entire process respectively from product design, product design, positioning, product design, product design and implementation planning. I hope that through this research, we will make casual clothing enterprises better grasp the market demand, and find casual elements of product development from product design process, which is to enhance and promote the development of enterprises of casual wear.
