With development of nanometer science and technology, applying nanotechnology to the field that make light material can appear a lot of new performance compared with traditional luminescence material. A series of method which make light material and some new to give out light research of the material succeed in, the application of the material has opened up the broad field in order to give out light. In red phosphor powder, have already made some progress, but give out light the phosphor powder with higher efficiency is mainly that the object of sulfide is, stability is relatively bad. So, developing material with good stability and high efficiency as soon as possible, especially red phosphor powder is significant to LED semiconductor lighting technical development.Tin sour salt nanometer material have extensive application in numerous field, give out light to it research of performance relatively less. And on the other hand, the tin sour salt has good chemical stability and hot stability, internal structural defect become favorable relatively, and its application have potential using value in in nanometer. tin sour salt nanometer material is important.Ca2-xEuxSnO4 red fluorogenic material adopting ammonia water deposition method and making is tall in pink purity, stability is good, it is low to stimulate necessary energy. Meanwhile, raw materials are to traditional Y2O3:Eu3+ phosphor powder a lot cheap, can good application commercialization produce.
