To the phenomenon of bad lubricaty of low sulphur diesel, A series of different types of esters were Synthesized. The lubricity of low sulphur diesel were studied by the four-ball Test machine; and then pour point, flash point and acid value ect were studied. The experiment result shows that the lubricity and the quality were improved greatly; the esters with high oxygen content have changed the lubricity more than the low; in addition, hydroxyl and duplex groups play a role of synergistic action in the lubricity; in the end, the effects of the temperature, catalyst dosage, the ratio of raw materials and the reaction time were studied in the synthesis of the naphthenic acid esters, when 80℃, catalyst for 5% of the mass of naphthenic acid, acid alcohol quality ratio of 1:1,4h, the conversion and colour of the naphthenic acid esters were the best. naphthenic acid ethyl esters were joined to low sulfur diesel, adding amount of 2%, not only can meet the national standard of low sulfur diesel oil lubrication performance requirement, and can make the naphthenic acid used effectively, and at the same time, and based on this, but also improves the quality of diesel.
