With the rapid development of economy, the using amount of diesel fuel increased rapidly,the environmental problems is coming. Using low-sulfur and ultra-low sulfur diesel is thetrend, but its own poor lubrication, easily lead to failure of the vehicle because of friction.Taking efforts to improve the lubricity of low-sulfur diesel fuel is the focus of domestic andforeign scientists. Which added to the low-sulfur diesel with lubricant additives is the mostsimple and effective method, the method is the most widely used in the petrochemicalindustry is currently. This paper outlines the preparation and performance evaluation of a lowacid value and efficient anti-wear additives ZZ-01in diesel fuel.Firstly according to investigate the working conditions of four-ball machine, obtainedrelatively stable operated values: workload is150N, speed is1250r/min,30min, and roomtemperature. And under this condition, to test the wear scar diameter of ULSD A and B withHFRR high frequency reciprocating Rig, draw a correlation between the two experiments.Experiment results showed that the wear scar diameter on the four-ball machine less than405μm can reach the national standard.Through a variety of organic compounds containing carboxylic acid groups were differentspecific anti-wear lubricity study, results showed that the anti-wear lubrication Tallate bestwhen dosage100μg/g can make low-sulfur a diesel wear scar diameter down to401μm, andreached the national standards, this article will be made as one of the core formula productionof low sulfur diesel lubricants ZZ-01’s. To test the conditions of esterification by orthogonal,when the molar ratio of acid to alcohol was1:1.2, the reaction temperature was140℃, thereaction time was5h can make the conversion reached a maximum value of92.4%. Simultaneously investigated the anti-wear lubrication of several synthetic fatty acid esters.The results show that tallate and glyceryl monooleate improved lubricity of low sulfur dieselis better. Compounded by the two Organics that the best complex mass ratio of acid to ester is1:2to obtain a low acid value homemade low sulfur diesel anti-wear additives ZZ-01.Compared the effects of ZZ-01with the two purchased in market additives HB-01and SH-03,results showed that the effect of homemade anti-wear agents ZZ-01in dosage100~150μg/gis better than HB-01and SH-03, and its acid value, cloud points and freezing point are muchlower than the HB-01and SH-03.Lastly, investigated the influence of on physical and chemical properties of diesel.Experimental results show that the homemade anti-wear additives ZZ-01has no effect onlow-temperature fluidity, oxidation stability, cetane number, etc., and a series of physical andchemical properties to diesel.
