There will be more hydrogen consumed with the increasing process of high-sulphur heavy crude, the scale and depth expanding of the crude secondary operation. The costs of hydrogen will play a more important role in the optimization of the refinery.This article uses two ways, narrow spot and linear objective programming, in the rational distribution of hydrogen in the refinery. The narrow spot takes the hydrogen flow rate and the consistence in to account, and then to optimize the whole hydrogen network in refinery. It analyses whether hydrogen sources are matching with hydrogen sinks in different conditions. Linear objective programming, which belongs to mathematics programming, adds the factor of the cost. It uses related datus, and builds the matrix model and chooses LINGO software to compile the procedure.This method is proved to be simple and efficient. At last, we contrast the two optimized results from different methods.
