With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard in our country, a number of vascular diseases such as arteriosclerosis, thrombus, aneurysm have already seriously affected the health of people. When the human blood vessel can't work due to aging, damage or other reasons, it requires the use of artificial replacement blood vessels, bypass surgery or interventional treatment. For patients who does the artificial pipeline intervention surgery, they also need the second operation to remove the pipeline, it adds the patients' pain. Due to the poor mechanics performance of the pipeline, some body caused by inadequate luminal stenosis or obstruction is very common in clinical, radial support is in the role of the external force to support the power of meet an emergency, this characteristics decided whether the pipeline will attached with a wall firmly after it spread, it is one of the most important technical index of the support.For this characteristic, this topic select the PPDO single fiber for the right of biological tissue engineering materials. Biodegradable polymer stent has the very good biocompatibility. In particular the pathological process of human body, it will degradate gradually after it complete the lumen of the local mechanical support and the drug release stenting, so it can avoid the pain of second operation. My Subject select the PPDO single fiber finally, and using the way of weaving to with woven pipe support the appearance and the biological, mechanics of performance requirements. The biological tissue is engineering materials biocompatibility, biodegradable, it is the ideal scaffold material for the body pipeline alternative and rebuilding, but there is not any conclusive way in support of molding process.At first, this paper choose the polyester as the simulation experiment materials, because it has the similar physical properties with PPDO and it is not expensive, on domestic spindle type braiding machine, through process parameters design and adjustment to the weaving, it will weave various specification of pipe samples. In this subject, we will research several parameters which including the bending modulus of fiber, pipe diameter and axial spindle number. Then, testing all kinds parameters of the pipe bracket compression performance, and analyzed the result of the test. At last we can get all kinds of process parameters on the pipe support radial compression performance influence. Combined with the test data, Based on the regression analysis method, this paper build the mathematics model of the radial support-regression equation, it can be able to predict the pipe support. Finally, according to the results of the simulation experiment, we chose some parameters which has the significant effect, and use this parameter to guide weaving degradable materials PPDO pipe. and study in biodegradable pipe in the process of its degradation compression performance changes.This research is the first time at home and abroad about the process parameters on the weave type pipe radial support quantitative analysis, And build the mathematical model of regression with the analysis method, which can be able to predict the radial support, the experimental results show that the model for pipe support of the size of the radial support had a good prediction, and it also provide certain reference value for later pipe designing.
