The Application And Development Of Activated Carbon Fiber Material In Functional Clothing

This issue focuses on the research in clothing development and health protection of multi-carbon fiber material. In this paper, take the special functional biological effects of health fiber material as a starting point, take the product design as a point of view, from the point of female breast lobular hyperplasia pathogenesis and Chinese medicine therapeutics, using multi-functional activated carbon fiber (ACF) to develop a functional bra with the function of prevention and adjuvant treatment of breast lobular hyperplasia, and evaluate its effects of health protection. Bra development and health care verification are the main research points.The study is divided into four phases:(1) Performance analysis of multi-functional carbon fiber materials:the ACF used in this study is a new high-performance micro-fiber material, it has performances of light, flexible, high strength, high temperature, high electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, anti-acid, anti-corrosion properties, etc., and can release far infrared rays and negative ions, with thermal insulation, anti-bacterial deodorant, moisture permeability, anti-static, anti-wave effect, then it has been widely used in organic solvent adsorption and recycling, air purification, sewage treatment, water treatment, biochemical protection of military, medical supplies, electronic and energy applications, consumer goods, static protection, energy saving insulation and absorption materials and so on. In addition, it also has been used in protective equipment of sports and health care products. Refer to national assessment standards, analyzing the functional properties of multi-functional activated carbon fiber material, especially the far infrared, negative ions and other special biological effects, to evaluate the application feasibility of the health care function in apparel products.(2) functional bra design and development:firstly, studying the market existing products and functional health bra target user, proposing design principles; and then for the functional bra design, take the breast lobular hyperplasia pathogenesis, disease location, Chinese medicine therapeutics and health performance of multi-functional carbon fiber material as the main reference factors, the design process including the determination of application parts of activated carbon fiber material in the bra, the style and structure design, the choice of fabrics and accessories; finally to design the main size and pattern under the age of 30-50 years old women's breasts characteristics, and then carry through the production of products.(3) The verification tests of functional bra:by infrared imaging experiments and try-on experiments of patients with breast lobular hyperplasia to verify the health care effects of bra. By infrared imaging experiments, it finds that the activated carbon fiber material can make the body skin surface temperature hoist in a certain range; by qualitative and quantitative analysis of the patients'fitting experimental data, it shows that health care bra cannot cure breast lobular hyperplasia, but can effectively alleviate the condition, give a adjuvant treatment of breast lobular hyperplasia.(4) The integrative evaluation of functional bra: comparing with patients who has not any treatment of breast lobular hyperplasia, the patients who wear the functional bra has a better degree of recovery, it once again proves that the functional bra can effectively alleviate the health condition, give a adjuvant treatment of disease; and then put up a satisfaction investigation for users, it shows that overall functional health bra fitting satisfaction reached 88.9%, indicating that this functional bra reaches the health care and comfort requirements, satisfying the user, and in line with the original intention of design.
