Development Of Silicone Bra Based On Bian Stone Curative Effect

Hyperplasia of mammary gland(HMG)is one of the most common benign breast diseases for middle-aged women.The morbidity of HMG is increasing in recent years.HMG is commonly recognized as a hormone dependent disease.The development of HMG is related to imbalance of estrogen and progestogen(with high estrogen level and low progestogen level).The most common therapeutic methods in treating HMG include hormone therapy such as estrogens,progesterone and tamoxifen,iodine preparation and surgery.Despite their quick effect,the disadvantage of short-term efficacy,prominent side effect,and high recurrence after surgery make such therapies hard to be accepted.By contrast,TCM therapies,such as TCM internal and external therapies,acupuncture and moxibustion therapies,tuina therapy,bian stone therapy,etc.which have gained prominent therapeutic effect with small side effect and broad application.In traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),HMG is mainly caused by emotional disorder and improper diet,which results in liver qi stagnation,disharmony between thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,and phlegm dampness in the body.So,the key to treat HMG is soothing the liver and rectifying qi,invigorating blood and dredging channels,softening hardness and dissipating mass,harmonizing thoroughfare and conception vessels.Bian stone-an ancient TCM therapeutic tool used by stone is the earliest medical instrument,which was considered as one of the five medical therapies in TCM.Bian stone's biophysical characteristic make it can promote the transcutaneous carbon dioxide emissions on acupoints,excite nerve endings and micrangium,increase energy metabolism.This paper uses silica gel which is non-toxic and chemically stable as well as stone which has the efficacy of health care,trying to develop two convenient and economical female bras for daily wear which can also prevent and cure breast hyperplasia.And by testing and comparing their thickness,breaking strength,elongation at break,tensile properties on seams and seam damage within three kinds of silica gel materials which have stone powder in the hardness of 10 HA,15HA and 20 HA to finds out the perfect kind of silica gel,which is suitable for combination with bra.Experiments show that the hardness of the choice between 10 HA ? 15 HA,can meet the basic requirements of the daily wear bra.One of the bra is designed to be silica gel and fabric stitching.Through rational design of strap and division of the inner structure,silica gel and ordinary fabric has good combination,also contain stone powder,can achieve very good preventive and cure effect;The other is designed to be silica cup,which is made up from silica and powder of stone needle.Through reverse engineering and3 D print rapid prototyping.
