In this paper, high oil-absorbing resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization, using stearylmethacrylate as monomer, 1,4-butanediol diacrylate and polyethylene glycol diacrylate as crosslinker agent, benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The polymerization condition on the performance of oil-absorbing resin was studied. The best polymerization conditions was determine:take three-step heating at 80℃, time for 1h,at 85℃, time for 4h, at 90℃, time for 1h and stearylmethacrylate: crosslinker: initiator=100:0.2:1. The results showed that: the oil absorbency of resin to benzene, toluene, chloroform and oleic acide could reach, crosslinker is BDDA, respectively for 8.67g/g, 9.43g/g, 12.24g/g and 6.98g/g, crosslinker is PEG400, respectively for 10.89g/g, 12.85g/g, 18.20g/g and 8.26g/g. The structures of oil-absorbing resin was studied by FTIR, TG, DSC and SEM, indicating that the resin had good comprehensive performance.Copolymer resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization, using stearylmethacrylate and laurylmethacrylate as monomers. The copolymer resin had good comprehensive performance. The resin had change performance to oil, with changes the amount of laurylmethacrylate and had good thermal decomposition temperarure. The resin had good release performance to toluene, It can be used the slow release substrate to toluene.An amphiphilic conetwork resin was synthesized by solution polymerization, using stearylmethacrylate and polyethylene glycol diacrylate, oil and water had some of the absorption. The drug release test that: stearylmethacrylate: when polyethylene glycol diacrylate=40:60, the amphiphilic conetwork resin-embedded within ibuprofen had a good role release time up to 26h.Using 2-amino- ethanethiol hydrochloride as chain transfer agent, it could preparate amino poly (methyl methacrylate).Then, hydrophobic amino sodium alginate was preparated by amino poly (methyl methacrylate) and sodium alginate, using EDC as catalyst. The structure of hydrophobic amino sodium alginate were characterized by FTIR,DSC and TG. Modified hydrophobic sodium alginate as the release of bovine serum albumin carrier to study the release behavior in water and phosphate buffer (pH 6.8), the results showed that: modified hydrophobic sodium alginate, sodium alginate hydrophobic, slowing the release rate of bovine serum albumin.
