With the increase of the depth of excavation, geological environmental conditions will be more and more complex, the new tectonic movement is active, have been built or under construction in deep buried long tunnel is commonly encountered in high ground stress, surrounding rock large deformation, broken surrounding rock loose, fractured rock burst of serious, complex underground rock engineering problems, on the tunnel construction and safety operation caused great harm. Can foreknow, along with our country to the urgent need of underground space, the future construction of deep buried long tunnel in the topographic and geological conditions are more complex, the treatment difficulty will increase further, can solve the deep complicated conditions of tunnel support and other issues, is the underground to the deep development and on the key of safe production. Common support form cannot meet the demand of large deformation of surrounding rock, support structure damage after often need to rework, resulting in unnecessary waste. Therefore, in view of the complex geological conditions, on a technically sound, economically feasible supporting forms, with high research significance.Papers based on the ground long-span space shell mechanics principle, the three-dimensional reinforced rack semi-rigid composite lining support technology. Semi-rigid three-dimensional reinforced network support in essence is still lining the lining of support, the technical characteristic is in the ground processing molding with special three-dimensional reinforced network frame instead of normal two-dimensional reinforcement fabric as the support of the lining of the skeleton, greatly improve the support ability of lining structure, need not use steel bracket, grouting surrounding the means of reinforcement can effectively support under complex geological conditions, the large deformation cavern across mining pressure roadway and impact of ground pressure and large sections cavern, etc. The supporting bill and ordinary lining support is roughly same, supporting cost slightly higher than ordinary lining supporting structure, but than ordinary lining supporting structure and other means of combination support of supporting mode can be significantly reduced.In this paper, structural mechanics and the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics of semi-rigid three-dimensional grid of reinforced composite lining supporting the new structure analysis of the rock-supporting interaction theory and theory of weak and broken roadway carried out a systematic study. Project site with examples, on-site measurement and analysis of three-dimensional grid lining support structure for comparison.Numeric Simulations show that the semi-rigid three-dimensional grid lining has a good support structure carrying capacity; engineering results show that the semi-rigid three-dimensional grid lining support structure has a good supporting effect.Paper through the semi-rigid three-dimensional steel truss support structure instability in complex geological conditions, the application of research tunnel, semi-rigid three-dimensional steel truss support structure of the theoretical analysis and calculation and optimization of structural design and lay a certain theoretical basis, and roadway options under complicated geological conditions of economic and reasonable support scheme provides a good example.
