Broussonetia papyrifera, as an ancient papermaking raw material, in the early Eastern HanDynasty when it has been used in making paper. Since the Broussonetia papyrifera paper are limitedto artificial primitive method making rice paper and so on, time-consuming and laborious andcouldn't be widely used. Due to the rapid development of Chinese economy, the improvement ofpeople's living standard, people on the demand for paper is growing, the growing shortage of papermaking raw materials. Broussonetia papyrifera, due to its fast growth rate, as well as its better fiberquality more and more get the attention of papermaking industry. In the late90's set off a wave ofBroussonetia papyrifera Papermaking Research heat. However because the surface is black, leadingto the traditional chemical pulping pulping needs the high temperature, high pressure, high alkali andother harsh conditions to be completed, so that not only the power consumption is very large, andbecause of the harsh conditions to remove the black bark and largely destroyed the fiber, the pulpquality is low, and the difficulty of wastewater treatment in and many other issues, leading to stay intheory to study on pulping Broussonetia papyrifera. Looking for a reasonable method for pulpingBroussonetia papyrifera surface to remove black bark, get satisfactory pulp, the pulp can beindustrialized structure becomes more and more important.Broussonetia papyrifera bark for bast fiber, wherein the lignin content is less, pectin contentmore. The use of pectinase can be very good to destruction in the bark of the main structure, whichmakes the fiber becomes easy separation. We through the analysis of its cork cortex components,found the pectin content more, however the use of ordinary pectinase and can play a very good effect.This is because the enzyme to accessibility reasons, as the structure of the fiber tenet, pectinase cannot be smoothly reach the anticipated site, so we chose a kind of alkaline pectinase, destruction ofwhich connections black bark and bast fiber.We have by changing enzyme dosage (900u,1200u,1500u), NaOH concentration (0.4%,0.6%,0.8%) and reaction time (12h,24h,36h), to observe the separation effect of alkaline pectinase. Bychoosing some samples by orthogonal experiments analysis method to analyze the reasonablescheme.And then with the optimum scheme of pulping, untreated constitutive peel as raw material andalkali treatment the skin of raw materials of the contrast, and soda-AQ method, blasting methodconstitutive skin pulp yield, fiber properties, strength of paper and other aspects of the comparison.Enzymatic processing of twin screw method for the constitutive skin slurry performance much betterthan other methods of income structure of paper pulp.From a theoretical perspective, hope to establish the model of twin screw pulping, theconformation of leather raw materials more is interconnected between the friction action, reduce thecutting action, a better separation of bast fiber and black.
