Broussonetia papyrifera is a wild hemp plant, the mulberry family, the ancient name paper mulberry, also known as the valley oar tree.It is a kind of tree species that is easy to breed, which can be used in food, medicine and papermaking etc,and its environmental protection, economy and ecological value are extremely high. This paper experiment with annual wild broussonetia papyrifera resources as raw materials, using the single factor method, orthogonal experimental method, the system of broussonetia papyrifera full tree sulfite is studied and the mechanism of optimum technological conditions.Analysis reagent dosage is discussed, the influence of cooking temperature and holding time on the cooking pulping, the study discusses the broussonetia papyrifera tree pulping cooking mechanism, all of them, and determines the optimum process conditions of broussonetia papyrifera tree all cooking pulping experiment. The experimental results show that the optimum process conditions of broussonetia papyrifera full tree sulfite as follows:16%dosage of sodium sulfite, anthraquinone dosage of 0.1%,the heating time 1.5 h,the highest temperature 170?,holding time 5 h,liquid ratio 1:4.Then the optimum technological conditions, broussonetia papyrifera of whole tree sulfite coarse pulp yield of 47.41%,kappa value of 17.4.Based on the optimum technology of whole tree of Broussonetia papyrifera pulping, the effect of whole tree system of Broussonetia papyrifera sulfite cooking of sodium sulfite dosage on the cooking discussion. The research showed that the carbohydrate degradation dissolution from the temperature rises to 100 DEG to reach the highest temperature of 170?after 1h,the total amount of dissolved 80.78%for dissolution degradation;dissolution law of pentosan, from the beginning to heat up to100 degrees Celsius, the dissolution rate is about 11.96%,heating to 170?stage,the dissolution rate is about 27.78%,holding 170?cooking end point, the dissolution rate is about 16.18%;the dissolution law of holocellulose, cooking timing begins to heated up to 170?,the cellulose dissolved quantity is about 16.87%,from cooking to heat cooking end point, the dissolution of cellulose about 7.58%.For the removal of the reaction process of lignin can be roughly divided into two stages:the bulk delignification stage:from the beginning to the most high temperature cooking temperature of 170?,the amount of lignin removal in the raw materials of Broussonetia papyrifera is about 10.9%,the removal rate is about 74%.The residual delignification phase from the high temperature of 170?to cooking end point, the amount of lignin removal in the raw materials of Broussonetia papyrifera is about2.4%,the removal rate is about 88.9%.In addition, the sodium sulfite AQ pulping of Broussonetia papyrifera in the process of fiber separation points roughly control in kappa number is about 20,the kappa number was lower, the pulp yield is 43.71%,the coarse slag rate is 0.20%.At 1320 cm-11427 cm-1,it is reflected as the absorption peak of C-H stretching vibration on the guaiac base;at 1057 cm-11163 cm-1,it is presumed to be mainly C-O?cellulose and hemicellulose?and lilac based telescopic vibration?lignin?;it is reflected as the absorption peak of the benzene ring skeleton?C=C?at 1629cm-1,and can be seen in the lignin in the tree of the tree. Can directly show the guaiacyl lignin?G?and syringyl lignin type?S type?.
