When the waste lubricating oil is used, which could cause a series of oil decay,because various reasons into the water: lead to loss of additives,and reduced lubricationability, and caused corrosion wear and rust and accelerated oil liquid emulsion, problemto enterprise caused is large of loss, and is pollution of oil liquid a but row intoenvironment, which is greatly harm to the water, soil and human health,so the wastelubricating oil is recycling and efficient processing, which is of great significance tosave energy, relieve pressure on sewage treatment as well as solve the sewage, thedeterioration of water quality problems. This article is intended primarily for vacuumoil-filter processing is now more mature process energy consumption, cycle, dealingwith oil many times single deficiencies, further step of optimization, provide experiencefor the vacuum oil filter replacement. This experiment was mainly using LABVIEWdata acquisition program, an online monitoring and collecting pressure, flow,temperature, and other signals, to analyze the various influencing factors on "vacuumcleaning" purification effects of dehydration, find the best impact factor and influencefactors of orthogonal experiment by best, optimizing the best impact factor, Finallyfound the best means of the "vacuum washing" of purification and dehydration. Thislaboratory is mainly completed the following:(1) We have a new of waste lubricant dehydration by inspecting a large of literature,combination existing of waste lubricant processing technology of insufficient points,purification method--"vacuum washing", and on its defined and role principle for hasmore of explained, and this Foundation Shang design has "vacuum washing"purification dehydration of experimental;(2) We design a signal data acquisition system for different factors affecting byUsing the LABVIEW programming language, the system includes the collection andstorage of test data, calculations and analysis, and parameter setting in the completesignal acquisition, commissioning of noise removal to ensure signal acquisitionaccuracy and continuity;(3)there are objective factors such as water, samples and temperature environment,respectively46#turbine oil and25#transformer oil for example, from the subjectivepoint of view on uncertainty evaluation of measurement uncertainty for gross error, thecauses of error are analyzed; in this way two kinds of oil products are measured with standard uncertainty is very small, correlation coefficient very close to1and most of therelative error in (-0.15,-0.00) are discussed, which shows that high measuring accuracyand precision of this method, which is the foundation for the later experiments;(4)First, We can acquire waste lubricant of "vacuum washing" purificationdehydration optimal single factor conditions by single "vacuum washing" effect factorsexcellent experimental, which are the degree of vacuum:0.097MPa, the temperature:80℃around, and run time:30s around, and initial with water rate for:1%around andventilation volume for:15m/s around, secondly under best effect factor of orthogonalexperimental, the best combination of orthogonal experiment, purification conditions ofdehydration are got: degree of vacuum:0.097MPa, running time:30s, temperature:80℃;Ventilation:15m/s; initial water content is:1%, and dehydration rate by experiment isthe best50%.
