Oil is a non-renewable resource, the rapid development of industry and the rapid increase of energy demand in the modern society have aggravated the excessive use and consumption of crude oil. And the oil in the process of storage, transportation and use can suffer different levels of pollution, leading to a decrease or loss of the oil physical and chemical properties. The moisture in the oil will accelerate the oil oxidation, additive leads to failure, reduces the lubricating ability of the corrosion caused by wear and corrosion problems. If the waste oil have no regenerative treatment that is not not only wasteful, but also will seriously pollute the environment..For moisture treatment often adopt vacuum oil filter equipment to separate moisture from oil and to restore the oil using performance. But the existing vacuum oil filter equipment is processing product of a single, large energy consumption, multiple circulation, etc. In this paper, we have discussed the temperature, vacuum and vacuum filter oil equipment ventilation conditions dehydration rate change rule on the basis of plenty of experiments,. And the main work done is as follows:(1) In the early period of the experiment, by searching for literature, reading relevant information, combining with the existing vacuum oil filter equipment processing technology of the status quo, put forward "to the vacuum dry separation tank filling the air" to deal with the moisture in oil. Compare with dehydration rate, then the specific definition of the process and mechanism are expounded.(2) Build a complete set of experimental apparatus, including the establishment of data acquisition system and the selection of sensor and installation. Using the LabVIEW software write data acquisition program, according to the different impact factors can effectively signal acquisition. This article can separate the temperature in the process of vacuum, vacuum and gas collection and processing is analyzed.(3) The detection of moisture method in46#turbine oil research, including dispensing57oil samples, the original spectra and spectral measurement, after first order differential spectra data pretreatment and using method of least square modeling, with small water meter measuring the moisture content of the oil to the model result, eventually won the faster than the water instrument and testing method of measuring moisture content in transformer oil.(4) This paper choose46#turbine oil as a sample for test, without filling the dry air. with the increase of temperature, dehydration efficiency; With the increase of degree of vacuum, the dehydration rate increased. Under the condition of the same vacuum degree, the dehydration rate when the inflatable have obvious improve, compared the highest increased by48%. This paper on the above experimental results made some statement.This study for improving the efficiency of dehydration of the vacuum oil filter has a certain instruction value, to improve the efficiency of the use of the waste oil and protect the environment play a very positive role.
