Developing recycling economy and creating resources economical enterprises,are not only the macroeconomic policy requirements of the "12th Five-Year Plan",but also the needs of enterprises'survival and development. The electricity power cost amounts for about40percent of the total cost in chinese aluminum electrolysis enterprises at present,and the cost amounts for only about25percent abraod.Energy Saving plays an important role in the aluminium electrolysis industry's sustainably healthly developing and market competitiveness improving. Reducing the direct current or alternating current power consumption of tons of electrolytic aluminum production is the most direct and effective way to reduce the production cost and the energy consumption.In order to search for the breach of reducing prebaked aluminium reduction cells' working voltage,to realize the energy conservation and emission reduction goals of our aluminium industry,in this papar,each part of the anode voltage drop has systematically been studied and input commercial run,using186kA and300kA series aluminium reduction cells'anodes as the research object.The voltage drop of anode's two parts of anode bus bars and anode carbon block group have theoretically been calculated and analyzed,using metallurgy principle and aluminium electrolytic principle.The feasibility,potential and ways of reducing anode voltage drop have been studied under the premise of regular satisfy production.The results show that circuit voltage drop accounts for23percent of working voltage,and anode voltage drop accounts for41percent of circuit voltage drop.so,to improve anode electric conductivity is the effective way of reducing tons of aluminium production power consumption.The anode voltage drop's theoretical calculated value is391.15mV.The main factors effecting the anode voltage drop too high are the voltage drops at the bottom of the aluminium guide rod device,including explosive welding voltage drop,steel stub voltage drop,steel-carbon voltage drop and carbon block voltage drop. Different electrolytic aluminium enterprises have different raw materials index,operational quality and management mode,so the anode voltage drops are different.By comparison of the different enterprises'anodes voltage drop studied in this paper,the maximum distance among different explosive welding voltage drop average value is12.2mV,the maximum distance among different steel stub voltage drop average value is19.8mV,the maximum distance among different steel-carbon voltage drop average value is9mV,the maximum distance among different carbon block voltage drop average value is275.8mV;The most important factors effecting anode voltage drop too high are steel-carbon voltage drop and carbon block voltage drop;steel-carbon voltage drop average value touchs up to130.4mV,carbon block voltage drop average value taouchs up to597.1mV,the lowest decline in space of steel-carbon voltage drop average value is34.2mV,carbon block voltage drop average value's lowest decline in space is33.4mV;The differences of anode voltage drop among different electrolytic aluminium enterprises are mainly about explosive welding voltage drop,steel stub voltage drop and carbon block voltage drop,the same problem of anode voltage drop among different electrolytic aluminium enterprises is that their steel-carbon voltage drop average values are all on the high side, and have lager decline in space.Carbon hole's connecting technology is the effective way of reducing anode steel-carbon voltage drop.The experimental results show that after the carbon hole's connection with each other,the quality of operation obviously improved,the maintenance costs significantly reduced,the labor intensity greatly reduced,the equipment service life got extended;Steel-carbon voltage drop averagely fell13.69mV,the economic benefit of power saving for reducing anode voltage drop is6.15million yuan each year...
