Shell and tube heat exchangers are widely used in the petrochemical industry typicalprocess equipment, by the force of the shell and tube heat exchanger is very complex, thecorrect analysis of shell and tube heat exchangers to force state to guarantee the safe operationof heat exchanger, saving materials as well as the overall heat exchanger economy has playeda very important role.At home and abroad all kinds of literature, not doubles as a flange fixed tube plate heatexchanger, the overall finite element analysis of no one to carry out. In this paper thisopportunity, not doubles as a flange fixed tube sheet heat exchanger mechanical behavior ofthe study.This article describes several structures in the form of several common structural type ofshell and tube heat exchanger and the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger.
