This experiment dealt with the acrylic wastewater that is poor in biochemical properties, difficult to degrade and highly polluted by homemade non-thermal plasma reactor and studied the effect of discharge parameters, wastewater parameters and reactor structural parameters on the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater with COD degradation rate, acrylonitrile removal and turbidity removal rate as technical indicators. With COD degradation rate as a technical indicator, the experiment made a regression analysis to the results which were obtained from the uniform design and discovered the primary and secondary relationships of discharge and wastewater physicochemical factors on the COD degradation rate. The primary and secondary relationships are as follows:discharge voltage, discharge time, discharge electrode diameter, the air gap spacing, the pH value, exposure air flow into the solution.Discharge voltage, discharge time and discharge electrode diameter have a positive linear relationship with COD degradation rate. The air gap spacing, solution pH and exposure air flow into the solution have a negative linear relationship with COD degradation rate.Taking COD degradation rate, acrylonitrile removal rate and turbidity removal as technical indicators, the experiment also studied the effect of six factors in the uniform design on COD degradation rate, acrylonitrile and turbidity removal by single factor experiments and discovered the ideal parameters of the discharge and wastewater parameters. The ideal discharge parameters are:discharge voltage is35kV, the discharge time is40min, discharge diameter is2.80mm, the air gap spacing is1.0mm; the ideal wastewater materialized parameters are:wastewater initial pH is5.00, exposed air flow is5L/h. The experiment also studied the effect of electrode material, the discharge media materials, the discharge media thickness, the types of gas exposured into and heat exchange on the degradation rate of COD, acrylonitrile and turbidity removal rate. The results showed that when taking the copper as the electrode material, plexiglass as the discharge media materials the discharge media thickness is2.0mm with air exposure into the water and heat exchanger for a water bath, it would help improve the COD removal rate, acrylonitrile and turbidity removal rate. This experiment improved the structure of homemade plasma reactor according to the results of the uniform design test and single factor experiments, prepared flocculants by ferric chloride, ferric sulfate, aluminum sulfate and activated carbon powdere and investigated the effect of flocculant synergistic plasma on the treatment of the acrylic fiber wastewater. The study showed the result of treatment was improved. Figure [47] Table [44] Reference [107]...
