Since the petroleum discoveried, oil field scientific researchers and correlation personsare always seeking the oil extraction technology that high output and low devoted, graduallyformed the mine way passing which take delamination affusion drive to get oleic bymainstream petroleum. Match water utensil also names stop up water utensil, it is one of thematch pour of linchpin equipments.In this paper, the method of computation fluid dynamics (CFD) is adopted by using thefluent software. Numerical simulation for the water distributor was first carried out. Themethod of combining the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and experimentalresearch is adopted. The pressure field characteristics of water distributor with pressurecontrol switch are studied. The initial model of the water distributor is modeled by usingtheoretical analysis method, the internal pressure distribution and pressure loss situation underdifferent switch opening and injection quantity within the water distribution. Draws theconclusion that pressure control switch is the major factor Causing water distributor internalpressure loss, summarizes the pressure loss change trend with the injection quantity changingunder certain switch opening and the pressure loss change trend with the switch openingchanging under certain injection quantity.According to the actual application of water distribution device, the prototype processingwas completed, and the indoor experiment study of water distributor with pressure controlswitch is completed. Through the contrast experiment data and simulation data, the alignmentis good, so that verify the correctness and feasibility of the using the numerical simulation toresearch the internal pressure characteristics of water distribution. Finally based on theexperimental data, completes the necessary correction for the affect change trend of thepressure loss as the changing of injection quantity and switch opening. Thus the results aremore scientific and effective to guide the field application.The effective data and curve obtained in this paper can be used to more scientific guidingflow regulations, and thus larger shorten deployment period and reduce the production cost.These to guide the oilfield have important significance in note.
