At present, the mixed refine crude oil ratio in China are very common andmany problems also from this problem. The mixed refine crude oil ratio has greatinfluence on the subsequent manufacture, operating conditions, economic benefit andso on a series of related problems of factory. How to do good work in the link thatdetermines the proportion in mixed refine crude oil ratio and open great start thatchoose appropriate mixed ratio for production is the problem in all before. Thecapacity of the petrochemical Ⅱ set of atmospheric and vacuum distillation system is3.5million tons/year. With processed crude oil mixed, Equipment operated normally,but often meets with different kinds of crude oil mixing, to makes many troubles forthe production operation and benefits improve. So, atmospheric and vacuumdistillation system process model can provided theoretical basis for guiding the actualproduction and reform to actually refinery production operation, plant modification,This paper main research work is as follows:(1) with wu petrochemical Ⅱ set of pressure-relief device often calibration dataas the foundation, the use of Aspen Plus process simulation software, through thescientific and reasonable process planning, choose suitable petroleum process thephysical method, the process of a large number of simulation and comparison andanalysis of the material balance and products grace's distillation data, a vacuumdistillation unit of the often simulation process.(2) tower for the goal of high dam, the application of the Aspen Plus toweraccounting tools, get at present conditions and the biggest drop the overflow of thefactor liquid surface/board spacing, for best high dam, guide the actual plantmodification factory. The results show that, by using tower accounting tool withactual situation, to provide the reference for relevant modification work.(3) to find a solution to the mixed refine the method of proportion issues, need tobe able to complete or as much as possible of the expression of different proportion of mixed refine and changes of device and specific parameters or stores changes in theway. Get through the transformation model process, the use of Aspen Plus sensitivityanalysis tools to complete the methods to solve the problems.(4) to total crude oil out rate and often a line, often second line production as thedesired objective, using the method of found before, obtained the correspondingmixed refine crude oil than adjustment scheme. The calculation results show that canonly change through mixed refine proportion, can achieve total crude oil out5.094%increase rate, often a line, often second line yield increase10%of all expectations.
