The main work of this paper is about the study of the Beriberi treatment on the microwave instrument. As technology advances, and the rapid development of society, people's standard of living is constantly improving, and the pace of life has also been accelerated. On this basis, people are growing concern about the quality of life and the pursuit of quality of life. In recent years, the Beriberi had a great influence on people's quality of life and brought lots of troubles. For the field army who work in harsh operational environment for long time, the Beriberi seriously affected their lives, and gave them a lot of troubles. In the background, how to design the Beriberi treatment instrument of space-saving and convenient carrying becomes the hot and difficult topic in nowadays.This paper introduces the current situation of the Beriberi treatment at home and abroad first, and the methods of the Beriberi treatment today are mainly folk method and medical treatment. What's more, this paper analyzes their shortcomings and use of the inconvenience, and then highlights the advantages of microwave treatment of the Beriberi. For the Beriberi treatment instrument of space-saving and convenient carrying, etc, and killing the fungus under the application of the microwave, the paper designs a the Beriberi treatment instrument major by the microwave source, antenna, and low-fat tropical. It works in the global open the 2.45GHz band. In amplifier design, we use the microwave transistor amplifiers, and design and simulation parameters with ADS. Taking into account the structure of treatment object, it uses 5/8λwhip antenna as a radiation unit of the Beriberi treatment instrument, because the whip antenna gain can get maximum in the horizontal direction. At last, it uses a low-fat tropical to improve the antenna's radiated power. Radiation power is 35.5mW/4cm2. It can only effectively kill the fungus, but also ensure that the microwave signal is safe on the human body.Finally, we summarize the research of the thesis and propose some needed improved problems.
