The parameters of the missile such as mass, mass centroidal, centroidal deviation, polar rotary inertia and equatorial rotary inertia are directly related to the performance index of exterior ballistic trajectory. Therefore, a testing instrument of high-precision quality parameters makes a vital difference on the manufacture and use of missile.According to technical requirements, the parameters test systems of the missile must meet the demands of varieties of diameter measurements. The efficiency and test accuracy of the test system should be taken into account. Test system consists of three parts which are system of mass centroidal and centroidal deviation, the system of polar rotary inertia and the system of equatorial rotary inertia. Each test system must be applied to all kinds of missiles with a variety of diameters, length and mass. To ensure the reliability and the stability of each test system, the design should be optimized as well as high-precision machining and assembly methods could be used. To ensure structural strength and stiffness, the important support components should be worked with SolidWorks Simulation software for finite element analysis. Measurement and control system based on single-chip microcomputer handles weighing signals and periodic signal collection, treatment and motor control. With the Lab VIEW, PC software is designed to make the communication with host computer come true. Besides, it issues instructions, deals with the received signal, displays and saves the test results.
