Projectile' s mechanical parameters include the moment of inertia, mass, center of mass and partiality distance and so on. The moment of inertia affects projectile's initial disturbance and flight stability. The center of mass affects the flight speed and stability of projectile. The partiality distance affects the flight track that is related to the target shoot rate. So it is very important to measure these parameters accurately.A Projectile' s mechanical parameter measure system is designed with the requirement of actual item. This paper introduces the measuring principle of the measure system, the designing process of the hardware circuit and the designing method of the software in detail. It emphasizes the principle of choosing electric component. It analyzes the function and reliability of the hardware circuit component and the designing technique of the software. The core of the hardware circuit is AT89C51 single chip. The hardware circuit realizes the function such as signal measure, motor control and communication between the PC and the single chip. LabVIEW a kind of programming language is used to designing the operating interface of the system, the software of each testing function and the DBMS. The software realizes the transmission of commands, the receival, management and display of data. Lastly, with a lot of datum and error analysis, it is approved that the measure system achieved the designing requirement of actual item.
