Mass, centroid and centroidal deviation are three very important structural characteristics of conical column-shape parts. These parameters provide the basis for evaluating the quality, reliability, design strength and flight stability of conical column-shape parts.Thesis combines the domestic and foreign research present situation, on the basis of predecessors’ research, the three point method combined with edge technology of eccentric method is proposed for the measurement of conical column-shape parts’ mass, centroid and centroidal deviation. After the measurement method, the mechanical structure has been improved, and realized by centroidal measuring directly to the centroidal deviation by designing the lifting mechanism and the centroid and centroidal deviation measuring conversion mechanism, so as to achieve the centroid and centroidal deviation can be measured at the same time on one device. The design of the length measuring device realizes the conversion between the device coordinate system and the coordinate system of the conical column-shape parts. Other mechanical structures such as measuring frame,sensor mounting mechanism, leveling device are improved compared with before. Then start from according to the quality of sub-file program to optimize equipment range, without increasing the equipment cycle and under the premise of satisfying the measurement precision can expand the measuring range, and the use of the equipment more scientific, the use of resources more reasonable. Then, the control system is designed, the control system includes data acquisition module and motor control module, and the calibration of some important parameters in the measurement of centroid and centroidal deviation, the measurement of the mass, the centroid and centroidal deviation of the system are realized.Finally, carrying large measurement frame finite element analysis, to ensure its strength.
