Nowadays, the flap mechanism as the abstacle advice of the gate, in practice is always depended on imported technology. Based on the studying of the foreign products, the flap mechanism of the gate is redesigned in this paper.(1) Based on the studying of the specific function of the flap mechanism, a motion scheme is drafted to achieve the function of the flap gate;(2) According to the working environment and the design purpose of the flap mechanism, using with the theory of finite element, the gate obstacle as the obstacle of the flap mechanism is designed;(3) According to the working demand of the flap mechanism in the gate, the crank-rocker mechanism as the main motion mechanism is designed. The crank-rocker mechanism is detailed analyzing about kinematics, and corresponding parameters'variety curves are gained;(4) The structure of the flap mechanism is designed. With the kit of ADAMS software, the kinetics model of the flap mechanism is built, and a series of corresponding parameters' variety curves are gained;(5) According to the results of the kinetics analysis, some components of the flap mechanism are making choice. The automation retracted device and the control system of the flap mechanism is designed.At last, the model of the designed flap mechanism is built, and the model is proved to be feasible in practice. |
