The traction device is an important component of track-laying Machine, which have a significant impact on the level of the machine's traction,laying efficiency and directional control. At present the traction device of laying machine is open loop control in our country, it is difficult to ensure that the speed of track-laying can keep stability when something happened, in this paper fuzzy adaptive PID control of track-laying machine running gear speed synchronous is proposed, main contents are as follows:1.By studying power-driven traction device, get a reasonable distribution way of its traction,and take the fuzzy adaptive PID control technology into the track-laying machine's speed control systems, proposed a track-laying machine speed adaptive control scheme.2.Using theory of laplace transform and system block, we analied traction system of laying machine established simplified mathematical model of the system, and get the sufficient but non-essential conditions for speed synchronization of traction device.3. Develop fuzzy rules of the track-laying machine speed control system, using matlab/simulink build a fuzzy PID controller and according to the simplified mathematical model, we build the simulation model, do speed synchronous control system simulation. On this basis, we also make an experiment on the track traction speed control system.The theoretical study and experimental validation confirmed that this fuzzy PID speed control system can effectively solve the question such as speed instability, both sides speed of the track is not synchronized and the steering stability can not be achieved under given radius and so on, the control method is simple, easy to engineering applications, have great value for improving the laying efficiency and quality of track-laying units.
