Metro Gauge CAD And Adjust Line Tune Slope Design System Research And Development

The design of gauges,line adjusting and slope fine-tuning play an important role in the design of metro. The design of metro gauges is very complex and occupies designers'substantive workload. At present, the work of line adjusting and slope fine-tuning, is mainly finished by hand, which influences the progress and quality of metro design. This paper further studied the CAD technology of gauge design, and researched on the optimization design of line adjusting and slope fine-tuning combining with the metro plane and profile CAD system.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)Researched on the calculation method of metro gauge design. Combining with actual demands of gauge design, and using the CAD secondary development technology based on ARX, a metro gauge CAD system is developed according to Standard of metro gauges and Code for design of metro.Realized the calculating and CAD drawing of vehicle gauge,equipment gauge and structure gauge automaticly.(2)Researched on the optimization model of line adjusting and slope fine-tuning.According to the metro design characteristics and the targets of line adjusting and slope fine-tuning,a plane line adjusting model, which takes intersecting point coordinate,curve radius and gentle curve length as design variables is built. And a profile which takes mileages and elevation of slope changing pointsas design variables is built.A Detailed analysis to Bound variable and Objective function of the model has been made.(3)The design method of the line adjusting and slope fine-tuning which based on segment adjustment was presented. Three types of demarcation intruding of the plane section and two types of demarcation intruding of the vertical section were defined. And the author has made intensive study of the way of optimal adjustment which the whole line was divided into multiple segments and each segment was adjusted according to the demarcation intruding type.(4)The optimization design of the line adjusting and slope fine-tuning which based on genetic algorithm was realized. The genetic algorithm was applied to the design method of the line adjusting and slope fine-tuning in this article. On the base of the study about the theory, this article made the program of the line adjusting and slope fine-tuning by using VC.NET and ObjectARX2006,and realized the design of the plane and vertical section adjustment automatically in the Metro line.
