In recent years,town roads construction in Shenyang develops rapidly as with the number of vehicles grows constantly, while road situation allows no optimist, the destruction of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement becomes mre and more severe which needs to be justified from structural aspect. To solve the reflection cracks exist in town roads of Shenyang efficiently, flexible materials(bituminous stabilized broken-stone, graded broken stone and the cement stable macadam)were recommended as base's material to postpone or defer the occasions of reflection cracks. In order to improve the conditions of municipal road in Shenyang, from the long-term interests, the structure will extend the pavement life and reduce maintenance costs.This paper firstly starts from natural regionalization and service performance of Shenyang, makes choices and study on Shenyang's town road construction material, investigates on premary road's pavement structure,and different asphalt pavement structures were made as initial drafts according to the guideposts of designed curve and sink value. Secondly,this paper makes ess-strain analyses on road structures using elastic layer system theory method, and combines road construction cost with economical benefit evaluation and material's anti-shearing perforamnce, this paper makes ancomparison betweent flexible asphalt pavement and section asphalt pavement construction. Finally, it is recommended that ultimate pavement structural types fit for Shenyang's primary roads.This paper gets the changing rules of shearing force under different depthes, fixes the worst positions of shear force, and compares the composite structure with the flexible grassroots structure of the thick layer of stress, the change rule of deflection, both of them have the effect of relieving reflection crack, also asked the materials of the top shear performance is good; At the same time, the economic benefits of pavement are assessmented, and combined with the flexible pavement structure that the pavement structure better economic compared. Comprehensive consideration of the mechanics and economic efficiency evaluation, it recommended the combined asphalt pavement structure as the last of the pavement structure scheme.
