The Research Of Asphalt Pavement Construction Quality Control In Municipal Road Reconstruction Project

In the course of the asphalt pavement construction, inappropriate control of key technical indicators, substandard raw materials and other elements is an important cause of pavement early damage.In this paper, the research of asphalt pavement construction quality control is from four aspects:structural design, asphalt mixture design, proportion of bridge deck waterproof layer, quality of construction.(1) In accordance with design specifications given in the design documents, design requirements and design data, completing the pavement structure design and analysis. And to some extent, different materials on the pavement surface layers and traffic structures are compared to reach an optimization.(2) The author will study the characteristics of Superpave design method to analyze the impact of quality control in the construction process of pavement and the connection between the early damage and different type of materials. By analysis of volume design, combining with traffic forecasts and the proportion of heavy traffic and other factors, the choice of pavement material need to be justified.(3) In response to the quality problem during waterproof bonding layer construction process, the paper give a deep analysis of existing indicators such as gravel spread area, asphalt oil spray amount and the reasonability. Finally,the paper will propose resonable gravel particle size and reasonable amount of paved asphalt, providing advice of ratio control for bridge deck waterproofing layer construction.(4) Based on the establishment of asphalt pavement construction quality control system and the use of mathematical statistics, quality control points and countermeasures should be concluded.This paper aims to improve the current asphalt pavement construction quality control conditions, construction quality and management level of asphalt pavement, extending the pavement service life.
