Domestic commercial vehicle interior roof line is not high degree of automation, a large proportion of manual operation, the output is low, products are few, low-end products, can not adapt to the rapid development of the domestic automobile industry, severely restricts the vehicle to enhance the quality through research and analysis of Automotive interior roof line, the design plan was been put forward. And through the computer simulation and experimental production, the rationality of the design scheme was been verified, universal rotating combination test method was been set to obtain the optimum technology parameters, and to improve product quality and productivity.Given the structure of the entire production line design, High-speed chain transmission chain feeding system is analyzed, established a flexure joint chain transmission. Multi-body model, established adjacent chains section of the kinematics recursive equation with forward recursive formulation. Established a chain transmission and its virtual prototype model for dynamic simulation with RECURDUN, analyzed and proved High-speed feeding system vibration and motion transmission system stability.Design of heating press hot platen internal heat transfer oil pipe layout was optimized. By simulating and anglicizing the process of the hot platen and raw material sheet with the thermal module of the finite element software ANSYS, obtained the twinkling state temperature field and heating time that the theoretical temperature required. And Through the simulation analysis and test results verified contrast analysis, the design of the heating plate is reasonable.Through the hot pressing technology of Commercial vehicle inter roof and its production problems encountered in the actual process of research and analysis, the hot press forming process and the main process parameters was determined by means of through three-factor quadratic general rotary unitized design, the optimal combination of a set of parameters to guide the actual production line to improve its design was found. Parameters will be validated for pilot production as the scientific proof of a reasonable optimization.
