| There has been much results on shear resistance of high strength cold-formed steel framing wall,but there has no result on high strength cold-formed steel framing wall with OSB boards until now. Experiment and theoretical research is done in this paper in order to do a supplement for study on this aspect in domestic.The shear resistance of seven full-size high strength cold-formed steel framing wall (with OSB board and other similar boards) are studied in this paper,and emphasis on the phenomena and the failure mode of specimens,then analyzed the data of the experiment.Based on the experimental study, the ANSYS is applied on the framing wall. Based on the model is proved right,the parameters(including cross steel belt,column spacing, wall specifications, peripheral screws spacing,board specifications) influence is studied in this paper.In addition, high strength cold-formed steel framing wall with OSB boards is contrasted with other framing wall (including plaster board, cement fiber board, ribbed steel board) to analysis the performance of this framing wall.Based on experiment and theoretical research, according to the methods by Technical Specification for Low-Rise Cold-formed Thin-Wall Steel Buildings, calculatie the unit length shear capacity of the framing walls, provide reliable data for the Technical Specification,and according to problem appeared in the experiment and the influence factors of the framing wall provide the design suggestions. |
