Along with our country the implementation of the western development strategy,West highway system is vigorously construction.As western geographically complex,rugged landscape,with its high-span bridge across the pier capacity and compatibility with the mountain together the characteristics of the western mountains have a great application. Continuous rigid frame bridge the reasonableness of its mechanical properties,while in harmony with the mountain environment, has broad application prospects.However,in the process of bridge construction and operation of this bridge there have been many problems, including pier beam due to temperature stress is too large,especially crack and deformation.In this paper,takes the ShanXi Tong Huang box on the highway bridge and single-walled of the Liu Gou bridge as the research object,the temperature gradient caused by temperature and temperature stress analysisThis article compares the national norms on the temperature gradient in the structure of the upper box,upper box obtained temperature gradient in the sunshine and the box girder deformation under stress,and analyze the differences between the countries norms. Single-walled pier on the lower part of the temperature and stress observations,weather changes will affect the draw pier stress within the surface,and there is no sunshine conditions and the surface under different stress.The sun shines and analysis carried out to analyze the situation obtained in the slanting,the single-walled pier appeared to reverse the phenomenon,and in the transverse direction to produce a larger displacement.Through the temperature effect on the result of temperature effects with the result of sunshine compared to illustrate their impact on that aspect of the bridge is more important.Finally a single thin pier at different temperatures of close,indicating that the temperature should be lower levels is relatively small line of the bridge closure.
