Pile testing by ultrasonic transmission method is a non-destructive testing technique to be extended at home and abroad for several years. Ultrasonic transmission method is developed by concrete structure acoustic detection technology and made more widely used.This article describes the ultrasonic transmission method based on the history of concrete piles and development process, compared ultrasonic transmission method advantages to other methods and this method should be widely used in pile testing. Describes the analysis of acoustic transmission method the principle of the integrity of concrete piles, and sum up the detection process from equipment selection, site conditions, testing methods, Discussing the various parameters of ultrasonic relationship between the quality of concrete and the wave, and judging the integrity of the pile through wave velocity, acoustic amplitude, PSD and other data, and determining the size and nature of the defect. Introducing a kind of pile to calculate bearing capacity, according to pile-soil interaction, and setting up in the soil pile interaction model to determine the defects on the bearing capacity of pile. I analysis the force of breaking pile in this way, to understand the hazards and handling methods of prevention. Analyzing the force of pile with some defect in this way, to determine the need of treatment by the degree of hazard,and to provide evidence for the treatment. Finally, discussing acoustic pipe and blind area. Understanding the norms about the number of acoustic pipes and the affect about the number of acoustic pipe. I make recommendations about the requirements of existing specifications. Verifying the analysis of the test data and calculations of the defect through project.
