This dissertation is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.:50775208,51075372). This dissertation researchs the optical system and data acquisition system of the spectrometer through simulation and experiment, makes a number of innovative achievements, and obtains some valuable conclusions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:In chapter one, the subject is proposed, and its significance is discussed. Then the dissertation presents the development and research status at home and abroad of the spectrometer. At last the general structure and innovations of the dissertation are proposed.In chapter two, analysising and comparing the Ebert-Fastie and Czerny-Turner systems, the chapter achieves the more minisize and useful spectrum analysis system. In base of calculating parameters, the chapter uses software OSLO to traces rays and regulate, and finally achieves the qualifying system. At last, the wavelength is demarcated.In chapter three, based on the deficiency in the traditional CCD driving circuit, especially it is easy to be disturbed, so that the system works unsteadily when the driving circuit works in the high frequency, a design scheme of linear CCD driving circuit is proposed. In the proposed scheme, CPLD technology is used to design the Timing-driven of image sensors ILX526A. Simulation and experimental results show that the designed drive circuit has a good universality, some slight modifications of procedures can design the other types of CCD drive circuit. The work of this paper has great reference value to the design of CCD driving circuit.In chapter four, the development of the USB driver selects the Windows DDK provided by Microsoft corporation and driverstudio provided by Numega corporation. When developmenting the USB device drive, we set PID 0x2010, VID 0x547 according to the selected EZ-USB. We Select the processing method IRP for I/O request, use In and Out of endpoint 2 to transmission by bulk. We set the maximum transmission value 65535, the maximum USB parcel 64 bytes. The aim is not to let PC be the limiting rate of the USB bottleneck.In chapter five, based on the deficiency in the plug-type data acquisition card controlled by the traditional Single-Chip computer(SCM), i.e. inconvenience disassembling, the large volume and the low sampling speed and nonreal-time processing, a high-speed data acquisition system based the EZ-USB chip is developed. The system mainly includes the design and debugging of hardware and software. The software mainly designs the firmware of the USB interface chip and the PC applications. The test result shows that the system is flexible, stable and reliable.In chapter six, the conclusions of the dissertation are summarized. Future research of spectrometer is prospected.
