Hig-hrise building hotel is a new special structure. It is different from general high-rise building, besides having general natures of high-rise buildings, also has the attributes of politics, economy, brand, image attributes. It is a fusion body of government, business, and other fields. Reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure is a very suitable structure form for top hotel building.In 90's years socialist modernization was in full swing, real estate gradually became the pillar industry in China. With real estate's driving, the upstream and downstream industries have developed rapidly, and soon economic bubble produced, national immediately issued some relevant economic tightening measures. At the same time, a lot of project funds chain ruptured, and there are many unfinished engineering-abandoned buildings. Furthermore, the reconstruction for abandoned buildings is a very meaningful, and reinforcement engineering is the important stage of the work, which can play its original efficiency and serve the society again, even to promote sustainable development and low carbon economy, making the society more harmonious.This 4 star hotel is reborn from a abandoned building, which was placed 10 years ago, and not taking any maintenance measures for reinforced concrete structure, therefore the main structure was greatly damaged and the bearing capacity was reduced by wind rain, isolation, and lightning. For that reason, we need examine the durability and the security of concrete subject, and reinforce the main structure.Steel reinforcement method and pasting carbon fiber reindorced polymer sheet(CFRP) are main extensive reinforced methods at present.Steel reinforcement method is essentially a method for raising reinforcing quantity of the original component, which also can increase the load bearing capacity of the structure component. This method has little influence on structure shape, clearance etc. Coating carbon fiber materials reinforcement method has some advantages as high efficient,construction forthright,short construction period and the construction process has little influence on production and life effect. At the same time, corrosion resistance and durability are good, but the shortcoming is elastic modulus relatively low strength and ductility insufficiency. The mechanism is similar on paste steel reinforcement and pasting CFRP reinforced reinforcement that essentially equivalent to increase component reinforcement and has good compatibility in shear and flexural reinforcement.In this dissertation,the current situation of the suspended high-rise building is analyzed.Based on a high-rise building suspended for some years,the nondestructive test is made on the major structure,and then the load capacities of major components are calculated based on the test results.The calculation and comparison of bonding methods of steel plate and carbon fiber sheet are made,and the proper reinforced method for the building is put forward.
