Automatic Settlement Prediction And Application Study On The High Embankment Roadbed

With the highway extended to the remote areas in recent years, the high embankment has been adopted much more before, the high embankment has more filling quantities, more filling defects, more cumulative settlement itself, and it is difficult to control construction quality. In order to ensure construction quality of high embankment and control post-construction settlement, it is necessary to observe and forecast settlement of high embankment. Because high embankment construction and data-processing observed are not together with settlement prediction, it cause much more repeated work, and it is difficult to guide high embankment construction overall. Based on the status, the article propose to develop high-embankment settlement prediction system in order to set subgrade construction data processing and settlement prediction in one, main content:(1)Analysis of the embankment settlement predictionFirstly, based on recommending sugrade and the filling subside mechanism and law, analyzing the existing forecasting models to get advantages and disadavantages and applicable conditions of varied settlement prediction method.(2)High embankment construction controlBased on high embankment construction of the eleventh contract of Qinlin highway, the article discussed settlement observation the way of construction and the way of quality inspection, and made the program of observation and construction.(3)Finite element predictionMaking use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the process of placement construction in layers and creep deformation of the filling, it is to get the settlement features in the construction period and predict its post-construction settlement.(4)Developing and applying systemBased on technique of database high embankment settlement prediction system which consists of high embankment database,settlement information database and prediction model database is established; network interface of system is developed in Java, and prediction model which is compiled in matlab language and all information database are embedded in system, finally integrating and applying the system is achieved. The article made an example of high embankment construction of the eleventh contract of Qinlin highway which is applied to the high embankment settlement prediction system. It is true than the high embankment settlement prediction system has substantial content and powerful function and is easy to operate and apply to practical project in practically.
