Weaponry dynamic property is the important tactical and technical indexes, which to identified shooting range, finalize the test evaluation system. Modern weapons are equipped with advanced fire control systems, the dynamic performance index is the main experiment project of inspection and examination before shooting test,in order to correctly examine and assess, develop satisfies modern test requirements of weapons and equipment dynamic tracking precision measuring system is very necessary. As weapons to improve the performance,the test technique also put forward higher requirement, the urgent need to develop new test instrument, so as to improve ois precision testing ability, so as to meet the needs of national defense modernization.The paper presents the design of the real-time tracking measurement device, which is to meet the needs and proposes. The measuring device uses two different focal length of optical system for different distances target tracking imaging, adopts electrical switching mode and image processing techniques of targets information for real-time measurement output, by adjusting the platform and the corresponding fixture installed in test product, is used to measure test product tracking precision。In this paper,50mm and 300mm focal length of the tube for the static angle measurement accuracy was tested by experimental results showed that its accuracy can reach:≤0.4mil and≤0.2mil.
