In the gradual depletion of energy shortage and worsening global situation,the priority development of renewable energy is an inevitable trend.In which the development and utilization of solar energy has been the subject of great attention.But solar energy is dispersed and unstable,and a bottleneck of solar energy applications.For now,the use of solar automatic tracking system can provide an efficient way to use solar energy resources.Study confirmed that under the same favorable weather and other conditions,solar panels equipped with dual-axis tracking system to increase generating capacity than fixed solar panels toward the installation of more than 30%.Therefore,the research and design of biaxially sunlight automatic tracking system for a better use of solar energy resources and improve the utilization of solar energy is very helpful.Whether domestic or abroad situation currently sunlight tracking system basically there are high-cost.low accuracy,clumsy structure,not widely popular range of other issues:solve these problems this paper designs a photoelectric tracking mode and tracking mode when the control biaxially sunlight tracking system combines mixed mode.The device in the peripheral device compared to traditional silicon photovoltaic cells added can be determined that the clouds blocked the sun or rainy days,the system can avoid blind search and track the sun's position,reducing the energy consumption of the motor.In terms of mechanical structure.we designed a new type of link arm to adjust the solar panels sliding attitude,solar panels focused on the U-shaped support frame,and therefore only a very small sliding torque arm can accurately adjust the attitude of the solar panel.The results showed that in the same circumstances,the system compared with conventional dual-axis tracking systems with high tracking accuracy,low power consumption drive,adaptable performance advantages.The system set up to protect wind speed,when the external wind speed exceeds a safe value,the system is suspended,wind speed dropped to a safe level the recovery track.In this paper,after the completion of the overall system architecture and software workflow overall design,selected core control chip,in accordance with the design requirements and each component interface type assigned to the chip pin,the circuit is divided into a plurality of functional modules,then.analyzes each.Selection of components,working principle and circuit wiring,and completed the software design.Through various experiments in the paper show that the design of the rays of the sun tracking system is effective and feasible.The advantage of this program include:overall system response and tracking fast and reliable,its accuracy can meet application demands,environmental adaptability,overall cost is not high.Also made a number of shortcomings and areas for improvement.
