This thesis is base on UG automotive differential in parametric design of bevel gear. Purpose is in UG modeling environment, use expression function realization car differential bevel gears model parametric design. Trough the use of UG/open series of UG development tools, on the analysis of the differential bevel gears established on the basis of 3d parametric model, this thesis introduced in detail the taper gear differential parametric design module process. Such already achieved its modeling process accuracy, and enrich the components of the modeling method.This thesis also using ANSYS finite element analysis software for automotive differential tapered gear contact static analysis, in UG will round body segmentation, virtual assembling, then fragmented ANSYS by ANSYS is analyzed and calculated, and get some basic laws in gear mesh.
